Eligibility for Refund
1. Services:
- Refunds for CV and resume writing services may be considered within 3 business days from the date of purchase if the customer’s cancellation request has been verified and approved.
- If the service has not commenced within 3 days from the date of purchase, a full refund may be issued upon request.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have already been commenced or completed.
2. Products:
- Refunds for physical products may be considered within 5 days business days of the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Payment is required before services or products are provided. We offer the flexibility to choose from various payment methods including Bank Transfer, PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards via our payment gateways.
- To make our services more accessible, we provide payment installment options that you can choose from.
Delivery
1. Digital Products:
- Digital products, including downloadable guides and templates, will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase process.
- Delivery of digital products is typically instant. If you do not receive the product within 24 hours, please contact us at resumes@thehappyboss.com.au
2. Physical Products:
- Physical products will be shipped to the address provided during the purchase process.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Please allow 5- 7 days for delivery. If you do not receiveume the product within this timeframe, please contact us at resumes@thehappyboss.com.au
Revisions
1. Service Revisions:
- We understand the importance of ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. Revisions to CVs and resumes are offered within 4-5 revisions after the initial draft is provided.
- Additional revisions may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
2. Product Revisions:
- If you are dissatisfied with a physical product, please contact us within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the product to discuss possible resolutions or revisions.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact us at resumes@thehappyboss.com.au with the following information:
- 1. Your full name.
- 2. Order number.
- 3. Reason for the refund request.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the information provided. If your request is approved, a credit will be processed to your original method of payment within 7- 10 business days.
